Kyle's journey began in 2007 when he recognized a gap in the market for property management services tailored to specific needs. Fuelled by his entrepreneurial spirit, he founded KRS, which has since flourished, managing over 1,300 single-family homes and 2,500 multi-family units across Virginia. Despite this growth, Kyle remains dedicated to upholding the highest standards of service for both residents and landlords.



Kyle's expertise in residential property management has garnered recognition, including a feature in Michael Levy's book, "Successful Property Managers, Advice and Winning Strategies from Industry Leaders." He is not only a licensed Realtor but also an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and the Richmond Apartment Owners Association.



Beyond his professional endeavors, Kyle holds a degree in Linear Programming from the University of Pennsylvania. He began his career in medical device sales with Medtronic before transitioning into the property management industry. Outside of work, Kyle is deeply involved with the Relationship Foundation of Virginia, where he contributes to strengthening families through education and community engagement.



When he's not coaching youth football, Kyle cherishes moments spent with his wife and three children, cheering on his favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles.
