Really love your content, it’s very straightforward, there’s no bs. Love all the videos and podcasts, they have helped shape my gym workouts (I used to do 1hr 30 mins of cardio 😵 I’d be dead by the 3rd session of the week, now I incorporate a lot more weights) your videos have helped me see a different perspective. A more experienced and scientific point of view about weight loss.
