Informed punditry and great guests
As a listener to various Apple related podcasts, The Talk Show and ATP are my go-to podcasts for in-depth analysis and critique. I know John has been accused of siding with Apple too often in the past. Whether intentional or not, I think the show has been far better balanced in the last 6 months.
The segments about sport always prompt a skip but I don’t think this is any reason for them not to be in there - some people will enjoy them.
I do think some points get laboured a little. Discussions so often get side-tracked because of unnecessary comparisons and analogies.
Keep up the great work though. The guests are always really interesting!
2 hours of John Rambling…
and talking over his guest continually. Difficult to listen to.
Needs to be shorter and more focussed.
Great stuff but please keep it focussed. I’m nit interested in the overly long blurb about American sports etc. Please tighten up editing and keep focussed.
