Found the one I need at last

As an inspiring seven book writer I subscribed to many podcasts on writing. Some seemed to have the good idea of an experienced writer helping a newbie so I joined and learnt some useful information. However, after many episodes they all feel as if they are self promotion shows. Q - how do I do this. A - well in my book...
I stumbled upon the Taylor Stevens show by accident, downloaded an episode, liked it and downloaded the whole of 2019. I am blown away by the honesty of what seems to be Taylor's dire need to improve the writing of others.
Steve has to take credit for his bravery in offering up his work for improvement. As I write I'm two parts into a block where 2000 odd words of Steve's are under the microscope and being improved. You hear the passage, it sounds fine and then Taylor points things out which should be obvious to the listener, but weren't until pointed out.
I've just downloaded the whole lot back to 2017 and now have hearing aids connected to my iPhone with the ability to stream using bluetooth. I cannot get enough but feel a bit apprehensive knowing that I HAVE to rewrite most of my novels into 2nd editions.
