We have a passion for helping women dramatically change their bodies which it turn transforms their emotional and mental well-being and relationships.

But how did this all start? It hasn't always been easy for me...

There I was, an unconfident bullied teenager trying to transform my body so I wouldn't get picked on anymore.

The thing is, at the time I had no idea what I needed to do.

The last straw was that a kid at school drew a horrible picture of me on the blackboard. I felt so tiny and wanted the world to swallow me up, which smashed any kind of self confidence I had to pieces.

Then, as if by chance, something amazing happened...

I went round to visit my cousin and found out he was lifting weights, exercising and transforming his body!

I couldn't believe how different he looked...PLUS he looked so happy.

Instantly it became crystal clear to me you could transform your body with a simple plan, because if my cousin could do it, I could do it too.

The plan was to start working out 3 or 4 times a week and change what I was eating.

So I started exercising in my mum's back garden in all weather, rain, hail, sun you name it!. But I didn’t stop there.

I then starting changing what I ate and understanding food a lot more.

After that, I decided to qualify a fitness instructor so I could learn even more and get results even quicker.

My body, happiness, confidence and life transformed. I felt a totally different person. Well...more like me!

Building on that success with my own body, I decided to start helping women with weight loss & transform their bodies too.

(I just seem to connect better with women like you and I know how important looking & feeling confident is important to you like it was for me)

I called it “The Transformation Tribe”.

With The Transformation Tribe and the help of head coach Ash we can now Transform any ladies life within 90 days with our Transformation Tribe secret formula!

And that's why I'm so excited to share this podcast with you so you can get these types of results too!

Wow, this is just so powerful, Liam really knows his stuff..... really relatable and personal which gives you the power to look inside yourself and address your issues......
