    Baby K: The Key Witness

    Baby K: The Key Witness

In this episode Caroline and Liz have the evidence of Dr Ravi Jayaram who told the jury he caught Lucy Letby “virtually red handed” as she allegedly attempted to kill Baby K. He says he walked into Nursery 1 to find the baby collapsing, but the alarms on the ventilator were not sounding and Lucy Letby was standing nearby doing nothing. He said today that he didn’t call the police because he feared retribution from hospital managers.
The jury have already been told that Dr Jayaram is the key witness in the case and their verdict will ultimately depend on whether they believe him or not.

The Hounding of Lucy.

Once again, we start from the precept that “Lucy Letby murdered Babies’. Straight ‘off the Bat’ - no equivocation, no ‘doubt’ - despite there being, once again, only flimsy ‘circumstantial evidence’ to attempt to ‘prove’ Lucy’s far - from - provable ‘guilt’. Amazing. Then, we don’t get to actually hear ‘the REAL Lucy’ speak / due to Judge Goss ‘imposing’ reportage restrictions on the Public Transmission of this Daily Mail Podcast. ( BTW - a similar situation will obtain in the Autumnal Thirlwall Inquiry - when no Live Streaming of the Inquiry “will be countenanced” we learn. This, DESPITE / IN SPITE OF THE BABIES’ PARENTS REQUESTING (IT
) BE TRANSMITTED. Is this in the Public Spirit of Transparency ? …..Hmmm. Don’t see how. Lucy : 🌟🌟🌟 … “sparkling” … 🧑‍🎓🎓🥤🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🦋🦋🙂👍… Good Luck for and to you, Lucy today and tomorrow in Manchester.

Electricdreaming ,

Court reporters are not court stenographers.

Liz Hull and Caroline Cheetham had a chance to make a journalistic mark here, but they have long since abandoned any pretence of journalistic integrity with this case. At a time when two UK newspapers of record, at opposite ends of the political spectrum (The Guardian and The Telegraph ) have published bombshell articles about this case, and an avalanche of leading experts in relevant fields have come out to criticise the egregiousness of the ‘evidence’, Liz Hull and Caroline Cheetham continue to utilise absolutely zero journalistic integrity or skill. Sorry, but this is weak journalism and it will age like milk.

Is there parts I’m missing?

I’ve listened to this podcast for a while and started listening again after the more recent developments.

Before listening I was convinced she did it - 100% so I then decided to listen to this podcast to further confirm my original thoughts but it did the opposite.

If I was part of the jury I would have found it very difficult to find her guilt beyond reasonable doubt.

Do I think she still did it? probably, but I’m now no longer completely convinced.
