Great endurance podcast

Really helped with developing the knowledge for my triathlon and long distance running pursuits, whilst continually making me aware of how to integrate it into our already busy lives, keep on top of our other priorities and using the training as a practice to develop spiritual awareness and sense of self.

Love for training and perspective on life has certainly improved whilst listening to this podcast!
