Fantastic podcast!

I have been listening to this podcast for a couple of years. Katie covers the best topics and doesn’t just follow trends like many others do. She does her research and is passionate about what she shares. I love how relaxed and practical her podcasts are. Truly inspiring individual and I have adopted many of her suggestions such as broccoli sprouting tips!!! As a mother myself I love that I can learn from someone who I trust. However don’t be put off if you are not a parent- please listen to this amazingly knowledgeable lady who is always ready to learn herself! Well done Katie and keep going!!! X

Brilliant, Informative and Eye-Opening

This is my favourite podcast to listen to. After stumbling upon Katie and Wellness Mama in around 2014 I've learnt so much about health and she is so clued up on so many aspects of natural living and how to lead a healthier life. All of the topics are so interesting and all of the guest are truly experts in their fields. Katie is so engaging and her genuine passion for spreading the word about natural health and healing is inspiring. It's amazing to have this knowledge and information for free via a podcast and I would recommend this podcast to anyone at all interested in learning more about true health and wellness.
