Viv Clifton is an Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle consultant, trained counsellor, and nutritionist. Her and her family follow the Ayurvedic way of life. Sonia Dunduru on How Defying a Medical Diagnosis Changed Her Family’s Life
Sonia Dunduru is a health coach also known as the accidental Physician. She has her own fermentation courses, and she also teaches the principles and hacks for a long and prosperous life. She supplies homemade fermented products to health stores around the country. She is also the mother of 8 children, two of which are autistic.
In this episode Sonia talks about how a doctor advised her to put her severely autistic child in care because he would end up being violent and told her that autism is generic and there was nothing, she could do for him. Sonia knew in her heart that was a lie and defied the medical diagnosis and decided to use her own maternal instinct and knowledge on how the human body works to help him herself. She discusses how western medicine came about in the early 1900’s and she explains how our bodies are detox machines and how putting her two autistic sons on a fermentation diet helped them immensely on their journey to healing from autism.

Coping with the grief of losing a loved one with Sharon Smith
Sharon Smith is a pain specialist who helps people let go of physical & emotional pain exclusively by using mind body techniques such as tapping or EFT. Sadly, my darling Rupert Bear passed away recently. This prompted me to share my thoughts on grief and processing human emotions. Dealing with the loss of a beloved family member can be a extremely difficult time, so it is important to remember where grief comes from and to understand that it's a totally natural process.

Using The Power Of The Self To Achieve True Healing - with Sarah Dawkins
Sarah Dawkins was a registered nurse, who worked from the inside of the health system, and yet always found something to be lacking in terms of healing.
After a period of self-healing, Sarah realised that the power of self-healing was far more impactful and effective than anything prescribed by the system. This led to her own mission, to create awareness of the body's natural healing powers - mission she's here this week to discuss with Philly!
