    RegDeFi And Is There A Future For DeFi Without Regulation With The CEO Of Concordium, Lone Fonss Schroder

    Lone has an extensive executive experience ranging from large-cap companies in aviation, biotech, retail, automotive, oil & gas, and shipping to banks and capital markets, and she is also co-founder of the bank-fintech company Cashworks, Vice Chairman of Volvo Cars, and a Director at IKEA. She spent 22 years at A.P. Moller-Maersk — the world’s largest shipping company — serving as Senior Vice President and founding Maersk Procurement and Star Air. In 2005, she was appointed President of Wallenius Lines, a leading provider of global factory-to-dealer transport solutions and terminal facilities for the automotive industry. Lone holds an MSc in Business Administration and Economics from Copenhagen Business School and a Master in Law (LLM) from the University of Copenhagen and Blockchain Technologies program from the MIT Sloan School of Management. In this episode we talked about the regulatory environment of the DeFi where Lone shared a very positive outlook on how the regulatory process will play out and what the outcome will be, while she believes that the future of DeFi is fully regulated. In this episode we dived into the meaning of mixed realities and how blockchain technology can be applied to power totally new economies within the Metaverse. We talked about the importance that NFTs play acting as the economic layer of Metaverses and allowing them to evolve into scalable economies.     Product Management in Blockchain and The Evolution of Security Tokens with Maia Naor of INX

    With over ten years of fin-tech experience under her belt, Maia Naor—Vice President of Product for INX—has been at the forefront of INX since it was founded three years ago. From 2010 until July 2017, she served as Vice President of Product at a leading European regulated trading group where she oversaw the planning, implementation and launch of several web-based and mobile trading applications offering financial services. Maia also gained experience in building and training teams of data scientists that supported the growth and optimization of the trading products.  Ms. Naor is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University School of Economics and the Tel Aviv University School of Mathematical Sciences, with honors.     What are NFTs and Why They are Here To Stay with Polkadot Ambassador, Irina Karagyaur

    Irina is the Head Ambassador for Western Europe at Polkadot and Kusama Networks, she is also the  London’s Regional Co-Chair to FIBREE (Foundation for International Blockchain and Real Estate Expertise), and Recently, Irina also co-founded Design B2C, a crypto fintech boutique advisory with focus on DeFi, Web 3.0 services, NFT’s, and real estate tokenization. Irina began her career as an architect and worked on the award-winning Piano di Governo del Territorio (Land Management Plan) at Comune di Desio, Italy, and. She was a contributor to the research for the book Trans Eurasian development corridor “Razvitie” and has experience as an Architect at Michele Arcarese Architetto (MAA), and an Architect at Regional Institute of Regional & Town Planning Design, Rostov-on-Don, Russia. Irina is a strategic thinker who focuses on Blockchain technology implementations for business, she advises real estate companies, family offices, fintech companies and runs lectures and workshops for universities and private clients.
