Amazing

I have listen to a few of Zayb podcasts now, I went through 10 in the first day. I initially listened whilst walking. For someone new to making changes to my fitness and wellbeing and someone with prediabetes, this has honestly really got me thinking. I felt like he was talking to me and teaching me. It’s helped me understand what’s important. I have nothing but positive feedback to give on this one. So informative. This has given me more determination. He talks to you on a level and so realistic. Thank you so much for your time and effort in putting the podcasts together. He also means it when he says DM him on insta, I did felt a bit bad because I’m not paying for his service but he really doesn’t make you feel bad, he’s so welcoming with his support. Wish him the best.
