Amazing Podcast

Short and concise. Exactly what you need with a lot information. Just listened to the Intermittent fasting one. Finally made sense of how this works. Zayb gives the breakdown of how calorie deficit works and how this relates to intermittent fasting and how this aids losing fat. Obviously this will be a slow process. I have been listening to all his podcasts and it has changed my relationship with food. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Thankyou so much for this Zayb, I love the way you have broken everything down so clearly.
I understand what you mean when you mentioned the fact that IF is what actually happens when we are fasting during the month is Ramadan. I think this is something that I could maybe an option for me as I can sometimes go without eating breakfast as I am rushing around in the mornings.
