You know, those moments when you're not just nodding along but really putting your trust in someone, through thick and thin. But here's the twist: I’m also pondering how hearing certain truths can sometimes shake up those beliefs we hold so dearly.

Thinking aloud about some recent transitions and transgressions I’ve had to put up with and it's got me thinking; When do we truly believe in our people? Is it when everything's going smoothly, or when the going gets tough? And how do we handle it when those truths we stumble upon don't quite line up with what we've always believed?
