Elita started her journey with medicinal herbs and mushrooms at a young age as this was the norm in her family. After travelling the world and settling in the UK, Elita got back to her roots in Ayurveda; and launched  Tulsi Spirit.

Fascinating nutrition interview

If you are interested in health and nutrition, this is a ‘must listen’! I’m so excited to have discovered this podcast which is fascinating, down to earth and no nonsense.

Liz Mid-Wales ,

Inspirational!

A wonderfully fresh take on nutrition. I can relate to many aspects of the speakers life - and feel that her own journey reflects mine, as bad habits set in during a very busy 'professional' career. Many of us turn to our GP, and they simply don't have the facility to push us in the direction of nutrition as a cure. Superbly 'hosted' by Sue Hayes, this poscast provides great food for thought (sorry!) - thank you both very much.

KatyMalkin ,

So far so good!

Perfect for somebody starting a sustainable business like me. Friendly, advice you can implement.
