Clear and interesting
This is a clear, interesting, friendly and professionals talking style podcast. The presenter is clear, friendly, smiley, chatty, interested in the interviewees. It doesn't try too hard to be whacky or zany, that's not what it's for. It's a professional chat between two colleagues that we are invited into about a subject that is close to my heart. It's passionate at times, not too controversial, not too shocking. Just interesting. I enjoyed it. More of that giving a look around the back of the TV broadcast world please.
Great podcast with balanced perspective
Well done TTV for another great podcast with a good balance between informality and information. And good coverage of a difficult topic on gender equality in an unbalanced employment sector. Keep working with schools as young people make their choices, often without realising, quite early on. Check out work of The SmallPeice Trust and Engineering Dev Trust and maybe try and partner with them.

A fascinating insight into broadcast technology and the people who make it happen
These are great, bite size and well-produced nuggets of info that give strong insight into a very interesting and less well-known part of the industry.
The episodes have an upbeat feel, and I like the pacing as well. These are definitely all killer, no filler. Keep it up, guys!
