a meaningfull explanation of chakras

Brett's recommendation to go into the chakra challenge got me into this listening to this podcast. I loved her simple yet smart and nuanced description of the chakras, so in sync with the meaningfulness of yoga practise. Excellent work and so relevant to what I am exploring currently mind/body connection calmness and easy along with determination for the start of the academic year.
