This episode I am joined by British Television presenter Seema Jaswal. You will have seen her work on Premier League Productions, BBC's World Snooker Championships, the Cricket World Cup 2019 to name but a few. I worked with Seema at Gfinity for FIFA 2018. I not only thought she was a brilliant and talented presenter but that she also had a way about her when it came to being in a team environment that was most interesting, and well worth a chat on my podcast about!

Today my guest is Shelina Permalloo, the owner and curator of Lakaz Maman, winner of BBC's Master Chef 2012 and author of two books, 'Sunshine On a Plate' (2013) and 'The Sunshine Diet' (2015) 

I chat to Shelina about growing up in Southampton, starting out in career working in diversity, winning Masterchef, starting her own business, becoming a mother, her charitable contributions in the community and the difficulty of putting the word 'Diet' on a cook book; plus much more.

Today my guest is former UFC French professional mixed martial artist Jess Liaudin. Jess is now an actor and like many actors is carving out a successful career for himself. In this podcast we discuss the challenges involved in that industry and how that affects Jess. We also talk about his tireless journey to make it into UFC and the effect it had on him. What is so inspiring about Jess is his relentless effort to keep moving forward, whatever the situation, to make sure he gets closer to his dreams.

Im also joined by former player James Beattie who was managed and coached by Gordon, who went on to become a coach and manager himself.

A brand new show where I, Tom, delve that little bit deeper with my guests to bring you something that perhaps hasn't been explored before with my guest. I've always been fascinated with reflecting back on a time in your life to see where that took you. This episode is no different as I welcome singer songwriter Ryan O'Reilly to discuss the time around when he produced his first EP 'Emily'. 

'Ryan O'Reilly, from Winchester, UK, is a songwriter whose Irish parentage and English upbringing combine to create a passionate storyteller. A meandering musical journey began with performing at open-mic nights in Toronto as a teenager, studying poetry in Dublin and making a living street performing on London’s Portobello Road'

We talk about what it takes to write a song, what the importance of busking with the band had on Ryan's performance and how difficult that made recording the EP. What he thinks about each track he recorded, looking back on them now and what he tried to create with each song at the time.  We also lift the lid on our first ever show together, where I got stage fright...
