Very relevant for today’s cyber-security experts
Somehow, Carl has managed to secure an interview with First World Hackers - the guys who brought down the BBC on New Year’s Eve. What follows is an in-depth technical discussion around their methods, their rationale, and their opinion of industry-standard mitigation controls.
We hear a lot from so-called cyber experts who want to sell us their wares - but rarely do we hear an interview with the perpetrators of an attack. A very interesting perspective, and very original.
Interesting
Listened to first episode, interesting to hear from people on the attack versus those on defense.
Meet the hackers
A fascinating insight into the mind, motivation and techniques used by one of the most well known hactivists. Definitely worth a listen, I look forward to the next podcast.
