EA Pushing for Blockbuster Storytelling, PS5 Pro Specs & more! | Triangle Squared Ep. 345
This week saw specs for the ever rumored PS5 Pro leak, letting us have a look at what to expect from the mid-gen refresh, and how it may, or may not, help reach that evergreen goal of 4K/60fps in modern games. With that we have a talk around how much power matters and if it should, look at the PS+ Extra/Premium games coming to PS5 for subscribers this month, discuss EA hiring ex-PlayStation executive who oversaw their first party strategy for decades in an effort to help usher in their planned change toward great single player games with "Blockbuster storytelling", which stands in contrast to what many publishers have been announcing as Live-Service becomes ever more pervasive, and have a chat about what PlayStation's future could look like in the next decade or so within the context of the industry's recent shifts! All this and more on this week's episode of Triangle Squared: A PlayStation Podcast!

Deviation Closes, The 'Digital' Future, & Multiplayer Spider-Man!? | Triangle Squared Ep. 344
This week, Joe from The Trophy Room podcast joins me in Chris' stead to talk Deviation's closure and how that coupled with a seemingly canceled Spider-Man multiplayer game may point to how Sony is refining their approach to wading into the Live Service waters, PlayStation's handling of the Stellar Blade demo pointing a heavy hand towards the conversation of what a 'digital' future could entail, Sea of Thieves proving to be popular on PS5 as it tops pre-order charts, WB Games shuttering its Adult Swim Games label and delisting the games from them & more! Customer Reviews
Great
This show is great , good to hear a show that has hosts that have different opinions .
In the era of corporate shills (cough **Disney** ) , its so refreshing to have hosts honest opinions .
PlayStation podcast at its finest!
I’ve been listening to Brett & Sol for sometime now & realises I hadn’t rated & reviewed. This is easily one of the best PlayStation podcasts out there. Both presenters are incredibly knowledgeable & bounce off each other really well. It’s also one of the most organised & professional podcast too with excellent audio quality. These guys know more about PlayStation & gaming than most big media podcasts so definitely give Triangle Squared a listen!
Amazing hosts that like interacting with fans
This podcast quickly became one of my weekly favourites. These 2 guys are such great fans of PlayStation and gaming in general. What makes them extra special is there willingness to interact with all fans on social media and never leave a question unread. I really like listening to their weekly topics as they are so full of energy, you just want to join in.
