No More "Triathlon Taren" or "Trainiacs" (I'M SINCERELY SORRY)
It's not clickbait -- Triathlon Taren and his Trainiacs are no more. His company name and direction is changing, and Taren is dropping the nicknames in order to embrace the future with the MōTTIV training app. On the podcast this week, Taren's wife No Triathlon Kim (NTK) joins Taren as they begin their cross country move, and they talk about why these changes are happening and what it means for his followers.

Everything You Wanted To Know About Taylor Knibb

How to Race an ULTRA-Triathlon with World Champion Dede Griesbauer
You probably know Dede Griesbauer by her voice, if you've ever tuned into an IRONMAN Live race broadcast. A professional triathlete (multi-time Ironman champion and top-10 Kona finisher), she provides expert commentary on the IM broadcasts. In 2020, she added a new discipline to her repertoire: she raced Ultraman Florida, winning the women's title and setting a race record of 22:48:31. On the podcast today, we dive deep into Ultraman with Dede!
Training More DOES NOT Improve Your Triathlon Performance
Dr. Rafaella Sinisgalli is a researcher and a triathlete herself. She has studied the impact of training volume on triathlon performance, and the research definitively shows: more is not better! We hear from Dr. Sinisgalli on the podcast this week about her findings.

Triathlon Taren Always Motivates.
Genuine guy who just like me loves his Tri. Always has the latest in tech and training. Some great guests as well.
More than a triathlon podcast
Been listening to this podcast for almost 6 months, and pretty much got through all of them...
Yes it is a podcast for triathlon, but it is way much more than that. Taren goes into great detail about fitness, science, physiology, mind set and even if you don’t agree then welcome critical thinking.
If you enjoy fitness, from curling to triathlon then you will greatly benefit from it.
My only disappointment is I’ve caught up with all the podcast, guess I’ll have to listen through them again 😏
Best Triathlon Podcast
Honest, and down to earth, highly entertaining. Taren is spot on with his interviews and Kim provides a reality check as she reels it back from becoming over technical. The guests are not just the top athletes in the business which bring a sense of connection for age group athletes like me. This is the point of differentiation. Taren has evolved from from an age group position and started to mix it up with the business end of Ironman Pro finishers. Doctors, athletes, age-groupers, professors and pioneers, Taren and Kim get the discussions going with a fresh approach providing searching and introspective questions. Be prepared for answers that will challenge your technical, emotional and mental overview as to why we all love going the distance. I’ve been truly inspired by the podcasts as we follow a path of uncertainty. I continually remind myself and take comfort in the notion that I’m part of a bigger community of “trainiacs”. Find Taren on YouTube for the inspiration that I needed with his training programmes and awesome demo’s at TRIATHLON TAREN.
Thanks T (and K)
