Slick, really slick. But love his dog

Matt is Mr Smooth. His background really shows (production, editing etc).

But, I really feel he is empathetic to those he talks to about their loved ones. Not intrusive but succinct. Also seems to really care about the story, it’s not just a byline.

Very impressed
