Stylish listening

Very entertaining. Spying is a kind of professional colonialism. And these characters have persuadability. I am amazed at how many stories there are. These days we have too much tech to make character a pleasure able focus. See boring Bond. But these are a great listen.

Started off well

Few, if any, of the recent stories have had anything to do with actual spying. Feels like scraping the barrel.

Also agree with a previous reviewer that the repeating of “what would you do” is bizarre and irritating.

Disappointed

Gosh, I look forward to this show every week and episode 100 I couldn’t finish as the old chap narration was so irritating. Most of the shows I’ve listened to have had US storys so I was looking forward to listening to a UK based one. No this wasn’t for me. Hoping the normally exemplary story lines are back next week.
