Best tea-breaks ever...from a Newbie!

I'm a Noobie/Beginer. Having tried a lot different types of online media in the past, there are some really great things that struck me about these podcasts;
1) I really enjoy tuning in - the conversation sytle is relaxed and fun...I laugh on the train listening to them. Now let me say how important that is, because it's that which keeps me interested and motivated to put on the headphones and listen in. Every podcast I learn something new.
2) Sure, the pace of the dialogues is fast. I've seen the critisms in reviews here. But go to any creditable teaching organization and they generally all agree, the sink or swim approach is most effective. I travel a fair bit to Turkey and found it totally unhelpful not understanding and being out-of-tune with the rhythm and pace of the language. Vocabulary I know well in my head I just cant assimilate fast enough to use. It's essential to train the brain to recognise the sounds and rhythm just in order to hear the words. When I have this mastered then theres a point to knowing what they mean. Play the podcasts a few times, surprizing how quickly things become clear!
So, well done TTT, I'm a fan. I don’t know if you'll make more Podcasts or even how active the website is these days but I hope so. Meanwhile I'll be working my way up the levels and enjoying these soundbites over a nice cup of tea ;)
