The murder of Tia Rigg

Thank you Bronwen; Another spine chilling account.
I do believe again that not enough focus was put on the mental health issue in this case. If he was on anti psychotics this means he suffered from psychosis and if his medication needed adjusting his delusions could have been a big factor in the death of poor Tia.
