My new podcast 'Under The Skin' asks: what's beneath the surface - of people we admire, of the ideas that define our time, of the history we are told. Speaking with guests from the world of academia, popular culture and the arts, they'll help us to see the ulterior truth behind our constructed reality. And have a laugh.

Tony Robbins / Brene Brown - EVERYONE - POWER

I can’t cope with the amazingnesss that is this podcast. So much hope, intellect, passion and to be honest I don’t have the vocab to describe it. It’s THAT good. Cheers Russ.

Getting there ..

With lower entropy being achieved from knowing as opposed to being right I would say you are on a good path Russell

Like good,

But better! What is better than good? This podcast! Russell carries a great message with his charm and charisma and is the pinnacle of how the 12 step recovery program should be practiced! Spreading the message and genuine self improvement on a daily basis. Has also introduced me to new psychologists (I actually found this podcast looking for interviews with Gabor Maté) love how you are honest, genuine, down to earth and take responsibility by owning your faults and working on them.
Refreshing listen, guests are always deep, highly interesting people with interesting opinions on our humble planet and it’s going’s-on (could do with a few more vegan activists!!)
The only downside is that it is mostly paid content these days which is a bit of a bummer, not very spiritual and out of my humble price range but who am I to criticise someones means of income! Russell might come to his own realisation that more cover means more kaching for him in the long-run rather than that short term monetary gain!
Apart from that, I vehemently recommended this to everyone that has an interest in podcasts. Keep it up please!!
