Varinder is joined by her friend and colleague Gurpreet Kaur and together they invite us into what is essentially a chat between two friends on embracing diversity, faith and culture.
They met whilst completing their teacher training and talk us through their lived experiences as NQT'S and reflect upon ineffective teacher training, teacher burnout, and experiencing bullying and racism*.
