Hi Plant Friends,

This week we meet Anthony Mullally he is a Rugby League professional with over 200 career appearances, as well as receiving the Super League Trophy with the Leeds Rhinos in 2017. Anthony played in two World Cups for Ireland in 2013 and 2017.

Known as The Vegan Warrior, Anthony’s nickname reflects his growing passion for sustainable living and reconnecting with the natural environment around him.

Feeling overwhelmed after helping Leeds Rhinos become Super League champions, Anthony knew he needed to reassess what made him happy, and realised fulfilment had to come from within.

First he turned to meditation for answers and when lockdown happened in 2020, Anthony decided it was time for a change. He bought a camper van, moved to Cornwall and he immersed himself in nature, spending his time surfing and hiking. He then turned his back on Super League and set-up mens nature retreats and workshops.
