Gavin Thorpe is the co-founder and co-CEO of Talk Club. Talk Club is a talking and listening club for men, offering talking groups, sports groups and therapy to help keep you mentally fit. We speak to Gavin about Talk Clubs and the benefits for men's mental health. We discuss the pandemic, the cost of living crisis and other pressures men face which can affect their mental health.

Charlie Bethel is the Chief Officer of UK Men's Sheds, an organisation which provides support and guidance to individuals and groups across the UK in starting and managing Men’s Sheds. They raise awareness of the social and health benefits of Men’s Sheds in reducing isolation, loneliness and in empowering local communities. We talk to Charlie about the benefits of Men's Sheds and how they can support men's mental health and how the pandemic, cost of living crisis and other social issues affect the service and men's mental health generally.

Kelvin Witt is employed by POhWER as a first responder in Hertfordshire. We discuss his role, supporting callers with the suicide feelings and how he manages his own wellbeing.

Isabella Rutter was the empowerment support worker for the people who use advocacy group and was very influential in the beginnings of POhWER. We speak about what life was like for people with learning disabilities and mental ill health in 1996, how and why she became involved with POhWER and why she is proud of being part of the organization.
