'Champion Cinema' is a UK based, weekly movie podcast, covering all kinds of genres, but mainly focused on cult cinema and oddities. Established in 2012, [as The Chris & Kriss Show] the show was at first quite prolific, but due to life etc became increasingly irregular and sporadic with it's presence and schedule. But now, with a fresh new drive we hope to churn out as much audio ambrosia as humanley possible for two dudes in their 40's who love banging on about the films.

Crazy Film analysis

Funny irreverent film analysis from Chris and Kriss

Like a warm bath

Having only seen a few films in my lifetime, (Back to the Future trilogy, Home Alone and Lost in Translation since you're asking) you may say that this podcast wouldn't be for me. To you I say "Shut up Mam, you don't know me, why are you questioning what I listen to?"

The fact is, this podcast is so brilliant, you don't need to be a film buff to enjoy it. Chris and Kriss know it all without being know-it-all's, they are passionate without being irritating, and educational without preaching. They compliment each other really well, and their lifelong friendship shines through.

The podcast is humorous, personal, warm and educational. You feel like you're in the room with them, so much so that you are disappointed when they don't reply to your input.

The podcast captures my attention so well, that it has inspired me to buy my first film since I accidentally downloaded 'Castaway' whilst in Tenerife.... Bruce Lee in Enter the Dragon - uncut version (get me, learning the lingo and that).

It's like a being in a warm bath, big enough for three. Except the water never gets cold, your fingers never wrinkle, and you don't want to get out..... And you're all wearing trunks.

Keep up the good work lads. See you next Wednesday.
