Genuinely changed my life

Mornings have always been really difficult for me. This podcast makes them about 50% better, which I didn’t think was possible! I skip the meditation in the middle as I do my own, but I always have the first part to get me up and then I fast forward to the send off as it makes me feel positive about the day. Thank you for this podcast.

Life changing

I’ve been struggling to get out of bed for 15 years due to feelings of anxiety & depression in the mornings .. Ive listened to this podcast a few mornings now, and somehow it seems to be helping me to have less of these thoughts and I’m starting to get out of bed earlier. Thank you Tyler :)
