I crave my daily walks now!
So thrilled I happened to find this gem of a podcast. I’m currently listening to the back library as each episode is only 10 mins long (or short, depends on your point of view!) Listening to Dave is like walking with your buddy; he offers interesting topics, and it’s always a pleasure to listen to them. I get lost in my walk (metaphorically speaking) and crave each walk so I can hear more nuggets of inspiration. No hard sell, no scaremongering, just Dave - who often reminds listeners he is not a GP or personal trainer - who welcomes you in to his love of walking. It’s infectious. We may be in the UK, listening to a man in the USA (who does this podcast for zero financial gain) but what makes me smile is the fact I could very well be walking and listening at the same time as someone in Australia, Canada to name but a few global countries this little podcast has reached. Little but immensely valuable if you are looking for an ‘ear-buddy’ while you do your walk. Dave reminds us all that walking isn’t expensive, can be factored into our day easily (even when external factors may deter otherwise) and it’s only you that sets any targets. Go on, give it a go......I’m so glad I did! Thank you Dave for your dedication to this podcast. I’d be lost without you!
