Cookie is so easy to listen to, she makes you feel that she’s talking to you in person. Her podcast teaches you how to eat like a naturally slim person in an easy to follow, detailed way that makes so much sense. Having dieted for most of my life, I now can see why I’m overweight and more importantly, how I can lose the weight without “dieting”. She gently introduces the idea of eating when you’re a little hungry and stopping eating when you’re a little full. She also explains how the mind works in weightloss and how we can change our thoughts to change our actions. She really understands what it’s like to be overweight and an emotional eater and she teaches you how to change your eating habits and to feel happy about it. Thank you Cookie, I’m so glad I found you.

Only 14 episodes in and it’s made such a difference to helping me over the past 2 months. Losing weight slowly and feeling more understanding and compassionate towards myself which in itself stops the cycles.
