Great relaxing and informative podcast

Great Podcast, It’s so informative I am now better informed about my gut and have change my diet for the better accordingly, it helps that Liz has a lovely voice that makes it more enjoyable. One of the best podcast it’s worth a follow to give insight of general well-being it’s great tonic I use to listen in my car on the way to work, I now listen making breakfast in morning great way to stay my day.
