What we think isn't true: a message to a client The Strength Method with Ranbir Sanghera

    • Health & Fitness

This is a series of message I sent to one of my online clients.

She had sent me this message:

tracked something that i label as annoying to track haha - progress

And of course I asked her how easy was it in relation to what she had assumed to be true:

It was easy, but more importantly, I opted to eat something @ the house this AM instead of grabbing a bkfst sandwich @ the coffee shop that was going to be a bit harder to deconstruct/track

Exactly.

So you can see that she used the 4 Lenses of Fat Loss:

✅ high enjoyment

✅ low calorie

✅ fast and easy

✅ easy to track

It's so important that we start to slow down so we can see how we're actually thinking. Our brain is moving so fast that thoughts move through so quickly that there is no space between them and you. So you believe they are 100% true.
