Listen in this episode to Judy Tsafrir MD, Holistic adult and child psychiatrist, psychoanalyst and astrologer, as she explains brilliantly the importance of a spiritual practise in life, and how this can often be the missing piece for intensely transforming our experience and journeys. Simpler than you think and available in everything from kicking odd shaped balls around to whatever else you might be doing right now, it’s time to bring back the sacred. With exercises, take aways and inspiring perspectives, we think you’ll deeply appreciate what she has to share.

Let them talk ,

Let your guests speak

I totally love the podcast and the addition of mark is great. However I wish you would let your guests talk more and try less to relate it to your experiences. I want to hear Marcus trescothik explain his experiences in his terms without you interpreting or validating your theories.
I’ve noticed you do this less when it’s not a sports person

A total surprise

Stumbled across this podcast by accident but I’m so glad I did. Such a wonderful surprise. Very enjoyable and interesting. I loved the Rupert Spira one.

Jon Turko ,

Diamond in the rough

As a passionate welsh rugby fan, the sight of Jonny lining up a kick or drop-goal used to fill me with trepidation. I’m ashamed to say that the indoctrination meant I wanted England to lose every time he took to the field.

20 years ago me would never have found myself having so much respect and empathy for what he is now doing on this podcast. I relate wholeheartedly to so much of what is said, which puts the surface distractions of sport and everything else, into perspective.
