Today I am joined by Kelsey Pytlik and Rachel Bauer, Co-founders of Gild Collective, an organisation dedicated to changing individual views and behaviours that shift workplace cultures and break down gender barriers.
Kelsey has an internal drive to solve problems, whereas Rachel is often the first to point out if something is unfair or inequitable – making them the perfect team to drive the work that they do.
