Using The Right Level of Intensity For Your Goals
Selecting the right level of intensity is key for helping you accomplish your goals.
As with training volume, there is no one correct level of intensity you should always be training at. Instead, understanding how to adapt your training intensity to your abilities and training goals is the key to getting what you want while avoiding excessive stress.

Volume; How Much Is Right For You?
Volume is one of the most debated topics in our fitness culture. Everyone wants to know how much they need to do to get results. From how much water and protein to consume to sets and reps, much of the advice depends on how much volume someone thinks is best for you.
But what if no one correct amount of volume will build muscle, burn fat, or improve health? What if the real answer isn't to use a certain volume but to know how much is right for you?

Best fitness advice out there
Been following Matt for years, love the way he keeps it simple and efficient with what you need to hear not what people may want to hear. Love the way his methods can be used with any workout equipment not just body weight as he teaches principles that will serve you and set you free, not a course to chain you into buying the next shiny thing. Can’t rate him high enough

Both This guys podcast, YouTube channel are a must, looking to get the book, but not sure which one. So I’m a thin guy, always doing Bodyweight training, and staying in shape but not growing (bulking) guess I’m just not dedicated enough. Nah, this guy makes you realise you don’t have to be a saint just be better. What he also adds is the science behind why and how the body works/reacts to working out. I first found him on you tube after I injured my shoulder and had to start again, back to basics kinda thing, but didn’t want to not be gaining. This gent keeps it simple, and that works for me. Hearing podcast once a week keeps me motivated.
Oh, and I like that he’s not trying to sell me stuff every two mins...
Listen (really hear) & learn
If you're really serious about your fitness, strength & physique goals you absolutely must listen (and subscribe) to Matt's podcast. Don't just listen though... You need to really HEAR what he is saying, learn from it and embed the principles into your daily life. I've made more progress in the last three months by following his advice regarding bodyweight exercise and nutrition than I have in the last few years. It flies in the face of most of the fitness 'advice' floating around, but is 100% on the money. Do yourself a big favour... This is six star stuff!
