Simple Meal Planning Tips for Busy Seasons with Christine Pittman
Keep meal planning simple this back to school season - or any season that feels busier for you. This episode is full of tips that my guest and I truly use to keep things simple in the kitchen, especially when life feels a little more complicated.
Meal planning can be one of the most time consuming things we do for our families and ourselves - from planning to shopping to prepping. So, when we have less time, what are some ways we can simplify it while continuing to nourish our families with healthy meals?
I hope this episode gives you permission to keep things simple and feel less alone if meal planning and cooking isn't your favorite thing in the world.

Taking Photos of our Family Intentionally: Be Present, Get Photos You'll Cherish, Plus Tips for Family Photo Day with Jenna Arvidson
Today I'm talking with professional photographer, Jenna Arvidson, all about photos of our family: the ones you take and the ones taken of you.
Most of us have a smartphone which can make us feel the pressure of constantly capturing the moments of our kids and lives in general- but sometimes the phone/photos can be a distraction and keep us from being present, and almost always we take about a million but only print out a few. Today, Jenna gives us tips on how to get the photos we will actually cherish of our families and be present for the rest instead of constantly living with a phone in our hands so we don't miss a photo op. She also gives us tips on family photo day from a photographer's perspective, and how to stress less when the day comes.

Life changing tips and advice
Thank you for all the life changing topics that are discussed in this podcast. A real eye opener for me. Realising that becoming a mum is a “season of life” and learning to accept the changes this wonderful experience brings on to us , accepting our body image and learning to implement meal planning and simplifying our lives more etc. Very helpful. Thank you.
Genuinely changing my life
I have become so excited by this podcast and the messages you give; my favourites so far are the episodes on boundaries and managing time. These shows have absolutely changed how I feel about my current life situation and about me and my worth. Motherhood and work and new stages with friends are difficult to manage sometimes but I’m aware now about my own needs too rather than just feeling I’m failing. I recommend these episodes to my friends to help them in their situations too. Thank you for sharing these messages (and for the Q&A sessions which I really love too). Keep up the great work, Katy in Scotland x
Stumbled across this podcast when searching for thoughts on downsizing as a family. I’m really enjoying it. Minimalism, gentle parenting, Montessori, and all the podcast titles I’ve seen are all interests and practices and I’m looking forward to listening to your thoughts. Thank you.
