Rita

Wonderful monologue written by Nayla Ahmed about Rita, a 55 year old wardrobe mistress and former actor who works in the basement of a large theatre. It’s funny, thoughtful & honest, like most of Women & Theatre’s work. The podcast is the first in a series examining women’s lives over the last 30 years. Having heard it , I’ll definitely listen to the rest
