She is also a registered Animal Training Instructor with the Animal Behaviour Training Council, a Certified Training Partner with the Karen Pryor Academy, and an accredited member of the Canine and Feline Behaviour Association.Heather set up her 5-star dog daycare, CentreBarks, in Richmond, North Yorkshire in April 2016 after more than 30 years of running dog training classes.
