Rev. Carol E. Richardson, also known as “Anandi”, meaning “bliss”, is an award-winning author, Spiritual Life Coach, Energy Healer, and Meditation Teacher. Carol's life story spans continents, cultures, and an extraordinary blend of academic and spiritual pursuits. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master of Public Health and a Master of Divinity, Carol is a PhD candidate in Philosophy, Cosmology, and Consciousness at the California Institute of Integral Studies. Her story is one of resilience, spiritual wisdom and transformation, having rebuilt her life after the sudden passing of her husband when she was 28 years old, which included raising their two very young children into thriving adults.

In 1996, Carol learned Raja Yoga meditation and started the process of bridging her Christianity with an Eastern path of spirituality. In 2010, she had what she refers to as an “Enlightenment Vision”, in which she met and was blessed by multiple Ascended Masters, including Jesus Christ, Buddha, Mother Mary, Paramhansa Yogananda, High Priest Melchizedek, and Lady Kwan Yin.

Katherine didn’t use to believe in anything that didn’t have a solid scientific explanation – but after experiencing past life memories and realizing she is able to feel her client’s emotions, see energy in their bodies, and hear their body talking to her, she decided to lean into the spiritual unknown, while applying scientific methods like recording & collating data to track patterns and reactions.
In other words, to incorporate spirituality in her work in a grounded, scientifically-informed way.
Katherine’s mission is to support people in connecting with their body and releasing whatever is creating pain or holding them back from showing up in the ways they’re meant to.
