Can't make it to a daily yoga class? You can practice these yoga and meditation audio classes at home or on the move.
Classes vary from 10 mins to 90 mins long, and you can choose a Hatha yoga class, restorative, guided relaxation, yoga nidra or mindfulness meditation. L1 classes are suitable for beginners.
You'll also find yoga for cancer classes which are part of Morven's Healing the Whole Person/ yogaThrive programme for cancer survivors.
These classes are mostly recorded live in group sessions and I am teaching what I see in the room, so you have the benefit of being part of the group process and can refine your yoga with the group.

Level 2 45 mins Cooling, Playful Vinyasa Flow
This one is for you if you would like a 45 minute refreshing flowy yoga practice to clear your mind and get back in your body.
The focus is on developing forward bends, heading towards hanumanasana (splits) as the peak pose. No expectations to achieve - just play and see.

Ten-Minute Yoga Nidra
For when you only have a short time to practice. Drop into yoga nidra for ten minutes. A great practice for in between appointments when you're feeling frazzled and need to ground down and refresh.
Make sure you're somewhere comfortable, preferably lying down where you won't be disturbed.

75 mins Gentle Yoga: Finding Stillness
I offer you a gentle yoga practice on the theme of stillness. Is it possible to find stillness in a world that constantly moves and changes. The body, mind, breath and environment are always in flux so how can we develop a continuity of attention that creates a haven of stillness in our experience.
Props needed: bolster, blocks, belt or improvise!

Restorative &Yoga Nidra Mixup
This practice weaves restorative yoga postures with guided yoga nidra practice. The sequence is structured to heighten awareness in the area of the body where the rotation of consciousness is based, giving you enhanced awareness of enlivening cellular consciousness as you progress through the practice.
We will practice on the theme of Life as a Moment to Moment Experience.

Yoga Nidra For Change - Ukraine Appeal
Ukraine fundraiser yoga nidra. When we came together live to do this, we raised over £150 at the last count towards aid for Ukraine. If you would like to listen, I'd be so grateful if you could please donate between £5 and £10 to DEC.

A little yoga gem
I’ve only just discovered this podcast which is helping me get back into a regular daily yoga practice after a long time away from the May. Easy to understand instructions, lovely sequences and a very soothing and encouraging voice make this a real hit.
Morven is a natural born teacher whose presence is like glass case around Yoga. She has a 360 degree knowledge of the practice that is protective, her approach is clear, transparent and unmisted by ego and when you really look, you can see yourself reflected in her words.
A great set of really informative podcasts.
I've been following these podcasts for a while and thoroughly enjoy them - they're just the right length for a good practice and you really feel like the teacher's there with you. Plenty of clear instructions and guidance which is great for beginners or experienced listeners.
