Very good but a little feedback

I really enjoy the daily podcasts but I wish on the meditation ones there was longer gaps between the guiding comments. It’s hard to relax into the meditation with continuous comments. The guidance is great but the meditation would be more effective for me if there were more spaces to sink into it and just focus on the breath.
