    Hi Friends,

    Welcome to this short relaxation.

    We use this relaxation to arrive back, but it can be done seated to an intention we wish to reaffirm.

    We then arrive down onto the floor, allowing to let go into the support as much as we can be held by the earth beneath.

    I guide you through a short relaxation arriving at the third eye between the eyebrows.

    We allow awareness and connection to take place between the third eye and the heart.

    We then soften into the breath, drawing our visions into the heart to open up our heart to make the goals, visions, intentions much more profound.

I love this podcast collection.

Unpleasant style of delivery

Tried the Yoga Nidra podcast - lost interest after a few minutes as it is delivered in an authoritarian, patronising tone. The instructor sounds self-disconnected, and it's not relaxing or peaceful at all. Not at all what yoga is about for me. Pretty much every other yoga podcast is better than this.
