I love the simplicity of Dr Sun’s messages on teaching us how to live life well. She te he’s concept’s like mastery of our thoughts, mastery of self, coping skills , relationship skills etc all with the aim of living a life filled with calm, peace, joy and great relationships despite even in the midst of difficult external circumstances.
