Michael Bond Podcast - Place Naming and Enjoying the Journey

Great, easy listening podcast with Michael Bond. I completely resonate with needing a GPS 😂 and easy to focus just on the destination and getting from A to B - but we need to remember to enjoy the journey!

Also place naming - naming a place using a memory. And how certain places trigger memories or thoughts (I.e forgetting why you were in the living room but going back to the kitchen where you thought of the idea to remember)

5/5 - thank you!

Must listen- Informative and Relaxing

This podcast was really enlightening. It gave me a new perspective on how I view spending time outside, as well as our Coniferous and Deciduous companions (Trees). If you want to know feel better mental and physical level- listen to what the host says.
