Really helpful and informative podcast. Full of wisdom, realness and joy - Martin & Rachel tackle some relevant topics and helps us to explore youth ministry in all its fullness.

The topics and guests that are chosen are perfectly relevant to current youth ministry. Martin and Rachel host in an incredible way that balances joy and humour whilst honouring how hard and important youth ministry is and taking it incredibly seriously! You should listen to this podcast whether you’re in youth ministry or not!

I enjoy listening to these two have a fun chat exploring interesting topics. Great guests are invited to share their stories and input. If you’re in youth ministry it’s definitely worth listening to.

Just listened to episode 232 with Rachel and Martin, and Matt Summerfield. As ever, what a joy to listen to the witty but deeply honest conversation. Great to be reminded that youth leaders are "all about the relational capital". But also hearing about how we can humbly and graciously take on the challenges we face on a whole host of topics. This 48 minutes has filled my soul'
