Infamously tagged as the RICO, this statute introduces a way to tie racketeering activity to who engages in the activity and who orders it! This was a great topic to explore and way for me to decide what I believe safety truly is -- I encourage you all to evaluate the idea of community safety and what that would look like for ALL the members of your community.
