We are back and I can't be more excited to talk about some fascinating topics! I have changed the direction of the podcast to more psychology, self-development, social topic discussions, and just general wellbeing. In this first episode, I wanted to share some practical advice on how to talk to people during this festive season to make them feel significant, heard, and more pleasant. Obviously, you aren't being a yes man but you are just listening to the other person. I also discuss what has influenced the change of direction for the BFG podcast.

Episode number 4 after a major break. A lot of things got in the way of me recording more episodes, especially trying to work full time while trying to train my new puppy to the best of my ability.
