Constance Marten and Mark Gordon: Constance Marten's Story - Part 2 The Trial

Constance Marten & Mark Gordon went on the run in January 2023, along with their daughter Victoria, born just a few days before.
A huge manhunt resulted in them being found in Brighton, and two days after that, Victoria's body was found in a plastic bag on an allotment.
The pair have been charged with killing her - which they both deny.

In the second episode, we will give you the second half of the opening statement from prosecutor, Tom Little KC, as well as an address made to the court by John Femi-Ola KC, who is defending Mark Gordon.
