Gentleness
Matthew 11: 28-30
Join us this Sunday as we continue our journey through the Fruit of the Spirit from Galatians 5:22-23. This week we consider the fruit of gentleness. What is gentleness?? Is it something we value and embrace in our lives?? We will look at the example of Jesus in the gospels and specifically his words of invitation from Matthew 11: 28-30. These words offer a beautiful picture of this fruit of gentleness. May we learn and grow together.

Gentleness
Matthew 11:25-30
Gentleness seems to be a forgotten virtue in life, and often it seems like there is not a lot of thoughtfulness or care given to how people relate to one another. Jesus however is not that way. He invites us to come to Him because He is gentile and humble in heart, and His very gentleness towards us becomes an avenue for God’s grace to transform our lives and others lives through us.

Entrusted to be Trusted
1 Corinthians 4:1-5
One of the most powerful ways we can witness to God’s unconditional love is by being people who do what we say we are going to do. Faithfulness means that we honor God, each other, and ourselves by keeping our word. But, we also guard against selfish faithfulness that is more interested in what we get out of someone else than in who we are before God.
